Eligibility conditions and other information: * Hyde New Homes is a charitable organisation, therefore applicants will be assessed to determine if they are in housing need and whether their income is insufficient to allow them to rent on the private market. * Applicants' household income should be in excess of £18,000 (this may vary at certain developments) but less than £60,000 per annum. * Applicants must not be in receipt of housing benefit. * The property must be used as your sole residence. * Applicants must not have any legal or beneficiary interest in any other property. * The property rent/service charge shown on this website is subject to change. * The assured shorthold tenancy is for a minimum of six months.
