1. The counting pumpkins competition will run from 30/10/23 to 03/11/23. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. One winner only will be chosen at random by software (youtogift), from all the correct entries received and verified by the organiser.
5. The prize is as follows – ONE Amazon voucher to the value of £50. Delivered by an e-gift card. Subject to availability.
6. Entry to the counting pumpkin competition by posting a correct answer in the comment box and is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9. The winner will be notified through direct message (on the social media platform that the entry was made) within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
10. Only one entry per person, per social media platform will be accepted. One person can participate in more than one social media platform.
11. The Prize is as stated, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
12. The winner agrees to the use of their first name and county of residence to publicise that the award took place.
13. The competition is in no way endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, or any other social media channels.
14. All data collected for entry will be used solely for the administration of the competition, including any identifiable data known as personal data. We will only hold personal data for the time needed to identify a winner and share the winning entry. We will only share your name with a third-party random generation tool (youtogift) to fairly select a winner.
