Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our people and those others that we deal with through our business. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we are closely monitoring the daily updates and we will continue to follow guidance from the Government and Public Health England.
In line with government guidance, we have worked to re-open our marketing suites and are now able to invite you to visit our show homes .
We have accessed our premises to ensure that social distancing can be followed throughout viewing appointments and that there is ample supply of PPE available for your visit. The main traffic areas are sanitised between visits and cleaning is carried out regularly.
We will conduct viewings by appointment only and at one-hour intervals. You will have your sales consultant’s undivided attention for forty-five minutes and we will then leave fifteen minutes between visits to ensure that we have sanitised surfaces and traffic areas prior to the next visit.
For your comfort, we ask you to arrive on time for your visit; should you arrive early, please do wait outside or in your car or chosen area until the sales consultant calls you to indicate that you may commence your visit. Kindly visit us on your own or with one accompanying guest. Children will not be permitted on site visits during this time. Food and drink will not be permitted during your visit. There will be no bathroom facilities on site; please think of this prior to leaving home.
Your safety and that of our people continues to be our priority, therefore, you may be asked to reschedule your visit if any of the parties exhibit symptoms of illness.

Should you prefer not to visit us in person, we are pleased to offer you a virtual tour of the show home, or the home you earmark and you may set up a one-on-one virtual appointment with your sales consultant at your leisure and convenience.
We fully understand that the process of buying your home can seem daunting at the best of times and even more so in the current climate. In order to support you, we will send all documents for you to sign digitally and guide you through each step of your buying process – from registering your interest to collecting the keys to your new home.
