Hyde New Homes given gold award for customer satisfaction for seventh year running

Hyde New Homes has received a Gold award for customer satisfaction by independent customer experience and research company In-house for the seventh year running, following a survey of new shared ownership and outright homeowners.

In-house spoke to buyers about two months after they had moved in to their new Hyde homes, and found that 93.5 % of them would recommend Hyde New Homes to other potential buyers.

“It’s fantastic to be recognised for our commitment to delivering excellent customer service to new homeowners for the seventh year in a row,” said Hyde Chief Investment Officer Guy Slocombe.

“This outstanding result reflects our customer-first approach: we design and build quality homes, keep customers up-to-date while they are being built, offer excellent sales marketing services and one-to-one home demonstrations and maintain regular contact with customers, to ensure we provide the best homes possible.”

Hyde New Homes works with local authorities, Homes England and the Greater London Authority, as well as institutional investors and private housebuilders and developers, to build homes for shared ownership and for purchase through the Government-backed Help to buy scheme, which helps people to get onto the housing ladder.
