A whopping 98.7% of Shared Ownership buyers said they would recommend Hyde to their friends, colleagues, or family members.
In addition, Hyde achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 71.9. This widely recognised metric measures how likely customers are to recommend us. As a result, the score highlights strong levels of positive customer satisfaction.
