1. The counting Easter eggs competition will run from 23/03/24 to 02/04/24. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
2. There is no entry fee and a purchase is not required to enter this competition.
3. The organiser is Hyde New Homes; registered address 30 Park Street London SE1 9EQ.
4. One winner only will be randomly chosen, using the platform “youtogift”, from all the correct entries received and verified by the organiser.
5. The prize is one Amazon voucher for £50, delivered by an e-gift card. Subject to availability.
6. Entry to the counting Easter eggs competition by posting a correct answer in the comment box and is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition for reasons outside its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to the entrants as soon as possible by the organiser.

9. The winner will be notified through direct message (on the social media platform that the entry was made) within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
10. Only one entry per person, per social media platform will be accepted. One person can participate in more than one social media platform.
11. The Prize is as stated, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
12. The winner agrees to the use of their first name and county of residence to publicise that the award took place.
13. The competition is not endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, or any other social media channels.
14. All data collected for entry will be used solely for the competition administration, including any identifiable personal data. We will only hold personal data for the time needed to identify a winner and share the winning entry. We will only share your name with a third-party random generation tool (youtogift) to fairly select a winner.
