For the eighth consecutive year, Hyde New Homes is delighted to have achieved the ‘Gold’ accolade, awarded at the 2021 Customer Satisfaction Awards. The independent survey, conducted by specialist market research company, In-house, found that 91.9% of customers would recommend Hyde New Homes to friends and family.

Throughout what has been a difficult year for businesses from all industries, Hyde New Homes have been able to maintain a high-level of customer service, whilst keeping everyone safe. From virtual tours and viewings, to integrating with online platforms to sign the all-important paperwork, customers have been able to secure and even complete on their purchase, all from the comfort of their sofa.
