Hyde New Homes is proud to have won both the “2024 Gold Award” and the “2024 Outstanding Achievement Award” for Customer Satisfaction by In-house Research Ltd, a renowned provider of customer experience research within the UK housebuilding industry.

In-house Research Ltd spoke to new homeowners of over 90 UK housebuilding brands and collected over 15,000 responses to uncover which developers are excelling in customer service.

These awards prove Hyde New Homes’ outstanding commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, as evidenced by feedback from new homeowners.

The Role of Hyde New Homes Resales Team

Within the Hyde New Homes team sits the Resales team, who had a considerable role to play in achieving these awards. They contribute substantially to Hyde income by providing an expert service for those shared owners who wish to staircase or sell their current home. This enables shared owners to move on whenever their lifestyle needs change and purchase a larger home, or change locality, for example.

Susan Bourke, Resales Manager is, of course, delighted: “The Resales team has worked tirelessly in supporting shared owners who wish to sell their home, marketing the property on behalf of the customer and helping them with legals, as well as assisting them in finding a new Hyde home, if they wish to do so. This year we’ve marketed and completed on a whopping 126 resales. Out of these, 88.6% of the homes were under offer within a four-week period.”

 

2024 Outstanding Achievement Award

The “2024 Outstanding Achievement Award” is accredited to housebuilders that achieve an industry leading Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 70.0 or above, a difficult feat to achieve.

2024 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction

The “2024 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction” is bestowed upon those housebuilders whose customers have overwhelmingly recommended them to their friends and family. To qualify for this prestigious accolade, housebuilders must have received recommendations from 90% or more of their surveyed customers.

Hyde New Homes also achieved the In-House Gold Award for an incredible eleventh year running, with 96.6% of customers saying they’d recommend Hyde New Homes to someone who was looking to buy a home like theirs.
