Step Three: Silverbridge provide an offer on your existing home, and if you accept, you have instantly sold subject to contract – chain free!
Step Four: You’re now free to move into your brand new home at Whitstable Heights with no estate agents fees to pay.

If you are currently marketing your home with an agent, you are responsible for all related costs and it is your responsibility to negotiate the exit of contracts/notice. Step Two: Your existing home will then be valued by our nominated estate agent and we will agree with you a selling price.
Step Three: We will instruct and deal with the estate agent on your behalf. Saving you time in the process!
Step Four: Once a buyer is found and you’re ready to move – we’ll pay the estate agents fees upon completion!
